This project was created in order to look at the representation of mental health in young adult literature. We want to look at the impact that good and bad representations can have on the readers.
ABOUT US
Hi! I'm Rhiannon, I'm 20 and I like books quite a lot. I study BA Creative Writing at university. My favourite genres tend to be fantasy and young adult, especially ones that are important to me like mental health fiction. I don't have a definitive favourite book but some authors that I enjoy involve Brigid Kemmerer, Angie Thomas, Juno Dawson and the list is ongoing!
Hello! I’m Vic, I’m 21 and I’m studying BA English Literature and Creative Writing. My favourite genres are young adult and fantasy. Currently my favourite book is The Binding by Bridget Collins, though my favourite book seems to change depending on my mood! Other favourite authors of mine are Patrick Ness, Holly Bourne and Ali Smith.
